Axereal's management is led by a board of directors made up of members, split 50/50 between the two founding groups, Agralys and Epis-Centre. The Axereal board sets the Group’s strategy, maintains control and supervision of its management, and determines the allocation of resources between the 6 operating divisions.

The Boards of directors of the Agralys and Epis-Centre cooperatives and their regional representatives play an essential role in highlighting the expectations of the member-farmers group and are a suggestion force for the administrators and the management of the Group.
