Missions essentielles

As Brand Manager you are responsible for the launch and development of a new B2C food brand in Western Europe. Driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our brand presence in the consumer market.

In this role, your core responsibilities will be to:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the B2C sector in targeted geographies.
Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales.
Suppliers and Vendors Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, and undertake necessary quality audits and monitoring activities to drive excellence and efficiency in the supply/value chain.
Brand Promotion: Collaborate with internal/external marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, sales activations and branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales and marketing strategies, with support of panel data.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare regular reports to monitor progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Innovation and product development, quality and operations, marketing, and finance to ensure alignment of sales and business development activities with overall company objectives.
Event Participation and Business Expansion: Measure the effectiveness of participation in industry fairs, conferences, and networking events by tracking metrics such as the number of leads generated, partnerships established, and potential sales opportunities identified during these events. Additionally, assess the impact of regular travels on expanding market reach, building relationships with clients and partners, and uncovering new business opportunities in targeted regions or markets.
Weekly travels will be required within the Western European geographies for sales and marketing activities and (as the team grows) to support and develop the team.

Master recherché

Experience in FMCG and food retail market is a plus
Experience in business development and sales management is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluently in ENG, FR, and NL is a must
Office 365 proficiency
