Boortmalt is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee and optimize the maintenance of our production site in Croatia. If you have strong technical expertise and a knack for team management, we would love to meet you!
Your responsibilities:
- Organize, control, and monitor plant maintenance.
- Manage the workshop, spare parts warehouse, electrical areas, and buildings.
- Develop and lead the maintenance team and the automated maintenance management system.
- Energy reporting
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Support the installation of new equipment and projects.
- Document all repairs in the maintenance management system.
- Analyze the causes of non-compliant results and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Master recherché
- Technical degree in a recognized engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or engineering
- Experience in team management.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and food safety standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Good IT skills (Office 365, AutoCAD, Maximo, ERP).
