Main tasks
As System & Network Administrator you will work in a group level function, across all Boortmalt sites. You are part of the team that is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and updating the overall performance and availability of global network and IT infrastructure. Next to this, you will collaborate closely with other IT teams and external partners to offer support on issues and projects.
Your main tasks will be:
Monitor, configure, implement, support and troubleshoot servers and network across all Boortmalt sites
Install, upgrade, and configure end-users’ devices, network printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software on file servers and workstations
Help analyzing network, infrastructure and end-user problems
Manage data backup and restore administration including fulfilling data recovery requests and performing periodic restore testing
2nd line Office365 support, train and coach Boortmalt employees (mail, SharePoint, Teams,...)
Close collaboration with the IT department and our external partners
Participating in educational opportunities to keep your job knowledge up to date
Master we are looking for ?
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor/Master degree with IT specialization, or equal by experience
Experience and knowledge of network and server administration
You are process driven and have knowledge of ITIL
Fluent in English and Dutch. Other languages are a plus.
