Jean-François Loiseau, Chairman of Axereal cooperative group, and Paul-Yves L’Anthoën, CEO, announce the following changes to the executive teams.

True to the strategic path it has set itself, Axereal Group is continuing to grow in a managed way within the framework of an ambitious agricultural and food transition, at a particularly chaotic time for the markets.

The Group, which is structured into two divisions, Agriculture and Processing Channels and Malting, is consequently making some changes to its operational governance, to enable the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee to work together more closely and effectively.

Olivier Poli has been appointed CEO of Axereal Agricultural Businesses, effective 20 June. As such, he will join the Group Executive Committee.

Olivier Poli, 52, has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, gained mainly at Roullier Group, where he ran the entire Phosphate business before taking responsibility for HR strategy at group level, and more recently as CEO of CCPA Cooperative Group.

Yvan Schaepman and Xavier Boulat have been appointed Deputy CEOs of Axereal Group.
They are now assisting and supporting Paul-Yves L’Anthoën with the general management of the Group, while retaining their positions as Malting Division CEO and Group Chief Financial Officer respectively.

Paul-Yves L’Anthoën will continue as CEO of the Agriculture and Processing Channels division, and will be assisted in this role by David Hubert, CEO of Axiane Meunerie, and Olivier Poli, CEO of Agricultural Businesses, both of whom have been appointed Deputy CEOs of this division.

The other members of the Executive Committee remain unchanged:
>Sophie Tuja, Human Resources and Communications Director (Axereal Group)
>Hubert Dunant, Transition and Innovation Director (Axereal Group)
