This third integrated report presents the vision, strategy and performance of Axereal Group. Our Group is firmly committed to the agricultural and nutrition transition as a means to create value for all stakeholders.
This report has been endorsed by our senior management and is true to the collective spirit that is one of our guiding values. We have developed it jointly through a drafting process that left no stone unturned.
It follows on from previous editions, with the addition this year of a series of five joint interviews with members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee to explain the work of our governing bodies, lay out our strategy and vision and comment on the results and achievements of our two divisions. It also sets out the concrete achievements of our businesses across a range of themes: agricultural transformation, manufacturing transformation, consumers and local areas.
