In line with our cooperative spirit, we constantly upgrade our collaborative tools (for colleagues, farmers, customers and partners) to help everyone work together more easily and effectively.

Remote working
We began offering remote working in 2018 and extended the system in 2020. It is available on an occasional or regular basis to staff that express an interest, where their roles allow.

New modes of transport
